Full Time one on one Coaching:
With full time one on one coaching contact and customization is unlimited. you get as muchg out of your coach as you need! Everything will be gone over with a fine tooth comb. Training zones, workouts, perceived excretion, etc. so we are on the same page and our time together will be of the highest quality and most effective. Other aspects of your life will be gone over as well. Training must fit into your life not your life around the training. Included in your training program will be:
$100 set up fee. (Covers cost of bike fit and Training Peaks account fees)

- Detailed monthly program, updated daily if needed, depending on life schedule, performance, and feed back from athlete.
- Unlimited contact
- Review of past training
- An initial consultation, fitness and back ground assessment
- Goal analysis
- One on One monthly training session
- Setup of an annual training program
- Physiological testing
- Bike fit, done in Boulder, CO.
- Equipment assessment
- Heart rate analysis
- Power training analysis
- Race analysis
- Pedal stroke analysis done on a trainer and during one on one ride.
- Access and use of our partners and sponsors

Custom Coaching - FULL
- Monthly (4 week) training plan.
- Annual training plan set up, key races, etc...
- Monthly conference call. To go over key points in the training to come.
- Testing, done by athlete, to determine "training zones."
- Training zones (power and HR) set up for each individual athlete.
- Weakness training.
- Key workouts. Monthly/ weekly that will focus on the individuals weak areas differently in each phase.
- Training Peaks accout.
- The guidance you need for the demands of a full road racing season that's still flexible and affordable. Training will focus on key races or being strong for many races each week, whatever your goals are! Other areas of focus will be "weakness training". Training areas of the individuals weakness and strengths when necessary.
